To provide a service: we will contact you for reasons relating to the details or service you are enquiring about using the contact details you have provided.  

To send you further information about our services or survey your opinion: we may also retain these details to provide you with information about our own service we think you may find interesting, or send you a survey about your experience with us.  We will do this using the contact details you have provided.  The marketing section below and your account profile will provide you with further information should you wish to stop us contacting you. To deal with your account and profile we may email you to confirm your email account or of you request a password reset because you have forgotten your password.

If you are enquiring on behalf of someone else, we may need confirmation you are authorised to act on their behalf before we can discuss their personal details.  

Will my personal information be shared with other organisations?

Your personal information that you give to us via our website may be transferred to our 3rd party providers who undertake the following on line services on our behalf.

Any third parties that we share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide to you on our behalf. What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this? 

Little Box Co accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: Passport, driving licence, birth certificate, utility bill (from last 3 months).

How will Little Box Co use the personal data it collects about me?

All about our marketing

Where you have expressed an interest through submitting an enquiry, requesting information or selecting your email preferences within your profile, we may like to contact you for marketing purposes to promote other related Little Box Co services to you or to ask you to take part in our survey.  This could be by post, phone, email or text message.  Each time we contact you we will check that you are happy to receive further direct marketing.  You can however stop us contacting you at any time, please see the “how to stop marketing” section below.

Tarnishing

Our products are all tested in regards to anti-tarnishing. However, compatibility testing is highly recommended in regards to items stored in products supplied by Little Box Company.

Little Box Company cannot be held liable for tarnishing due to storage of jewellery. Here are a few suggestions to help keep your jewellery tarnish free:

  • Ensure your jewellery is clean and dry

  • Store individual pieces of jewellery in air tight zip-lock bags

  • Use acid free tissue to wrap your jewellery in

  • Use anti-tarnish strips or alternatively regular white chalk works in the same way, absorbing the airborne substances that cause tarnish, however these must be changed every 2-3 months.

Returns

It is recommended that you obtain a sample from Little Box Company before placing a large wholesale order, so you can be assured of the quality of our products. If however you are not happy with the products you receive, a 14 day refund/exchange is offered.
